The purpose of a Service Operations Coordinator is to coordinate the Service Operations, Product & Property team activities to assist in the successful delivery of all aspects of the technology components associated with new store openings, refurbishments and closures.

 

 

 

Day in the life:

  • Coordinate all Technology tasks involved in New, Refurb, closure of stores
  • Work alongside the Property and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery of requirements
  • Liaise with property, vendors, service and field operations teams
  • Key liaison between the business, vendors and technology areas for escalation of any issues that arise in the opening, refurbishment or closure of stores
  • Document and Identifying technology process improvements on an ongoing basis for new, refurb & store closures
  • Support Service Operations in delivery of process improvements

 

 

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in coordinating technology fitout/refurbs
  • Experience in relevant industry
  • High Attention to detail
  • Impeccable Task management capabilities
  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
  • ITIL Experience desirable
