FCTG's Global Supply business is a cross functional global team responsible for the procurement, technology, reporting, financial management, pricing and support of Flight Centre Travel Groups global supply chain. Our Global Supply Teams empower our famous worldwide brands to deliver on their customer promise.
As the Project Manager in our Global Supply technology team, you'll be responsible for planning and overseeing projects, from the initial ideation through to completion. This role will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to the objectives of the FCTG business.

This role is located in our Global Head office in South Bank, the lively cultural hub of Brisbane.
Day to day:
- Providing leadership within the project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets
- Managing all aspects of project execution, conflicts and interdependencies in alignment with the approved project management plan
- Providing timely and accurate project reporting and presentations to senior and executive management
- Performing risk management to minimise project risks
- Contributing to the ongoing refinement and development of project management frameworks
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in project management
- Previous experience working in a technical/technology project delivery environment
- Leadership or PMO experience
- Ability to present to stakeholders and communicate complex issues in simple terms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree is (desirable)
