We have an opportunity for a Productivity and Collaboration Engineer - Junior to join our Auckland based team. 

A P&C Engineer at FCNZ must have specialised knowledge in Productivity and Collaboration technologies and enjoy solving problems. The P&C Engineer keeps up to date with the latest developments and trends in the industry and reports to the Product Leader for Productivity and Collaboration. The role will include a mix of responsibilities between general BAU support as well as providing expert knowledge and experience on small to large projects across the P&C pillar.

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

  • Ensures systems, solutions, and policies are thoroughly maintained and documented
  • Identifies & implement optimization and automation opportunities
  • Analyses existing P&C systems and operations and develops preventative maintenance strategies
  • Offers 3rd level support to implemented solutions
  • Works with vendors to resolve incidents when appropriate
  • Seeks specialist security knowledge or advice when required to support own work or work of immediate colleagues. 

About you. mo koe

  • Minimum 2 years Administrator/Engineer experience in an M365 environment
  • Experience with Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other M365 Service Offerings
  • PowerShell experience is a plus, including experience with M365 admin modules
  • Experience with OKTA or another Identity Management Platform
  • Experience with Power Automate is a plus
  • 1 year experience with Flight Centre


Salary offered - $80,000 - $91,000 NZD gross per annum.
