A Software Licensing Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing optimisation of our software licensing.

The role of the Software Licensing Administrator is to support, manage, and administer user for software and application services and products across the organization.

Prior to expiry / renewal of any software licensing agreement, this role will analyse consumed and entitled licensing and manage the process between the procurement team, end users and administrators of the software. The individual will also conduct periodic assessment of software in use or otherwise, to ensure optimised during the period.

This is a newly created role that will leverage existing and emerging tooling sitting within the broader FCTG Procurement group, alongside Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) initially and expanding to support the wider FCTG business on all licensing models. ETS is a recently created global business unit, transitioning to a single organisational model which removes duplicate and/or redundant capabilities and focuses on the consistent delivery of core technology services globally.

ETS is accountable for delivering core IT services for 15,000 Flight Centre Travel Group staff globally, including networks, end user equipment, hybrid cloud, telephony, productivity & collaboration, enterprise applications and service operations. There are approximately 180 ETS business unit staff members across 12 countries that spread across all timezones supporting our internal customer.

You will be working closely with Procurement team and application owners within ETS.
