Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a dedicated team member to play a pivotal role in our Employee Experience Team. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with FCTG's values and goals through strategic communication initiatives.

 A day in the life...

  • Employee Connection: Develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns to engage employees, promoting a sense of belonging, pride, and commitment to FCTG’s culture.

  • Employee Advocacy: Empower employees to act as brand ambassadors, effectively communicating FCTG’s values and achievements both internally and externally.

  • Employees Informed: Ensure timely and relevant distribution of information on company policies, procedures, benefits, and updates, keeping employees informed and empowered.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide support to leadership teams in crafting messages and presentations that align with FCTG’s internal branding and communication strategies.

  • Measurement and Analysis: Utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, providing regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Who you are...

  • Minimum 2 years + communications experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to craft compelling content.
  • Experience in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven record of effective collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
