We are on the lookout for an experienced Program Manager to join our PM&E (Project Management and Engineering) Leisure area.   Oversee the execution of multiple, concurrent projects and reporting, and support customer and change planning as needed, for both local and global projects and programs delivering these new capabilities.

Day to day:

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program and project requirements, objectives, and success criteria
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the program lifecycle

Program Management:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Line management of regional project managers and other project team resources, as needed
  • Collaborate proactively with product, technology and wider business teams to identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary
  • Regularly monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes

Leadership and PMO development :

  • Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the project teams
  • Establish clear performance metrics and goals, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the growing global PMO function & best practices, including deploying and adhering to new standards & ways of working


You'll be perfect for the role if you have:


  • Prior experience in a matrixed global role is mandatory
  • 7+ years in transformational change, managing programs and/ or projects contributing to strategic goals
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience of: Successful delivery of $500k -$5M+ projects and programs of work
  • Project and Program delivery methodologies and best practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with Customer and Loyalty Programs would be an advantage
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Managing Successful Programs, SaFE and P30 or equivalent certification is sought


Travelling:  Ad-hoc travel may be required to facilitate collaboration and drive outcomes
