About the Opportunity

VIP Concierge is Flight Centre Travel Group’s experiential ‘high touch’, premium concierge service offering delivered by highly experienced travel valets known as Concierge Advisors. Concierge is also internally referred to as our premium white glove butler service. This top tier of service is usually reserved for CEO’s, Board members and perhaps a handful of other executives from the C-Suite, those who require immediate and dedicated attention.

For this top level, Concierge Advisors deal directly with the Traveller and/or their EA/PA to ensure continuity of personalised service. Discerning consumers increasingly have a greater desire for a more personal touch and bespoke service offering. Our Concierge Advisors provide our executive customers unrivalled travel advisory services through a comprehensive on-boarding process, ensuring our bespoke premium service is seamlessly delivered.

You will work in a dynamic and productive environment, with a fantastic existing client base, and enjoy excellent benefits, work conditions and above award salary. You will have extensive experience with VIP travellers and perhaps high-end retail experience – for those customers seeking a discerning travel experience, for both their personal and business requirements.   

 

What you'll need:

• High touch, excellent customer service & high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Professional team player
• Positive attitude and a will to succeed
• Excellent business acumen
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a VIP environment
• High end Corporate experience attractive
• Excellent GDS proficiency - Sabre experience preferable
• Self-ticketing an advantage
