We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated senior leader to join our dynamic Procurement business as the Global Tactical Procurement Leader. This person will be responsible for leading, inspiring and developing our Tactical Procurement discipline.
This leader will take a visionary approach and be able to demonstrate innovative thinking along with the ability to craft new tactical opportunities keeping us ahead of our competitors. This role is designed to deliver a tactical strategy in line with local and global market trends.

Driving a long term commercially sustainable and viable tactical model to ensure best nett rate buying across our range of directly contracted FIT products. Responsible for leading the Product Executives through the procurement of tactical rates, delivering speed to market and increased sales to Global Partners via organic growth and market share back to GPN in this sector.

Global Procurement Network (GPN) is a dynamic and highly profitable part of the Flight Centre Travel Group that supports over 200 people in 5 locations around the world - with Australia (Brisbane & Sydney) as the major hub, and New Jersey, London, and Johannesburg as Satellite Teams.

  • Monitor PM's portfolio performance on a regular basis
  • Identify, communicate and manage resolution of key issues with key stakeholders and team members
  • Support and effectively present coherent, well-structured negotiating positions to team
