Deployment preparation

30%

  • Ownership of coordination of store cutovers through the Americas for Corporate SME and Leisure, working with brand and area leaders to create the best rollout for the business.
  • Coordinate activities with financial & technical SME and 3rd party vendors.
  • Understand all project issues & risks at time of deployment.

Cutover

40%

  • Ownership of cutover project schedule
  • Coordination of the weekend cutover activities
  • Alignment of FCTG America’s business priorities with that of the Global P1 team priorities

Post Go Live

20%

  • Provide clear and concise operational direction for stores cutover
  • Key escalation contact for post deploy issues along with Applications services.
  • Conduct the Post Implementation Reviews and incorporate the learning’s into future Market / Brand Plans.

Project Involvement

10%

 

  • Support P1 Program Manager in the delivery of the end-to-end deployment plan activities
  • Support business changes associated to future projects via Change readiness plan, Impact assessments, Go Live and Post Go Live Assessments.
  • Minimize risks through transition to BAU through adherence to OBW processes.
  • When no deployments, assist with other project activities - Gap analysis, Test case and testing.
