The DGM MICE Operations at FCM Travel will lead and elevate the end-to-end delivery of domestic and international MICE programs, ensuring world-class execution aligned with FCM’s global service standards. This role oversees day-to-day MICE operations, manages a high-performing team of 10, and acts as the senior operational partner for key corporate clients. The position is responsible for driving seamless travel logistics, event production, vendor partnerships, financial governance, and on-ground execution across large and complex group movements. With a strong focus on efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence, the DGM will champion SOP implementation, performance management, and continuous improvement to strengthen FCM’s leadership in corporate meetings and incentive travel.
