About the Opportunity
As the Head of Enterprise Applications, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps, and Quality to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative technology solutions. You will shape the future of enterprise platforms, build high-performing teams, and partner with business leaders to accelerate digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences across the organization.
Your main responsibility is:
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organization, including hiring, coaching, succession planning, and capability development.
- Drive product and platform engineering strategy, ensuring roadmaps, priorities, and delivery outcomes align with business goals.
- Establish and optimize modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native development, automation, and observability.
- Champion AI adoption and engineering innovation to improve productivity, delivery speed, and business outcomes.
- Oversee platform reliability, quality engineering, data operations, and technology governance to maintain secure and scalable systems.
- Manage key technology partners and vendors while ensuring strong engineering standards, knowledge transfer, and long-term platform sustainability.
About You
The Essentials:
- Extensive experience leading enterprise engineering, platform, or technology organizations.
- Proven success driving engineering transformation, platform modernization, and large-scale delivery initiatives.
- Strong expertise in modern software development practices, cloud-native technologies, DevOps, and platform engineering.
- Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Fluent English communication skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups.
