We're looking for a multi-skilled travel specialist to join our team as a VIP Travel Consultant, where looking after VIPs in the challenging world of corporate travel management will be sure to take your career to new heights.

About the Opportunity: FCM VIP Travel Consultant

As a VIP Travel Consultant, you'll be working with a select group of key stakeholders within our large market portfolios, using your expertise in fares and complex itineraries to deliver professional and precise travel arrangements including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations using Sabre GDS.

Join us in offering unparalleled travel experiences to VIP clients and making a significant impact in the corporate travel domain.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements (air, car, hotel, ground transport)
  • Creating complex international itineraries using Sabre GDS
  • Delivering exceptional service in line with client SLAs and account guidelines
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer standards
  • Supporting team members and contributing to a high-performing culture

This is a high-impact role where accuracy, efficiency and service excellence matter.

 

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel consulting / travel management
  • Expertise in fares and complex itineraries
  • High end Corporate experience is an advantage
  • Excellent GDS proficiency - Sabre experience preferable
  • Self-ticketing an advantage
  • High touch, excellent customer service & high attention to detail
  • To be a 'people person' with networking and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and a will to succeed
  • Great business acumen

 OTE > $90,000+ pa plus super (comprising $60,000 base + uncapped monthly incentives + super)
