About the Opportunity
This role involves developing and implementing yield management strategies to maximize revenue of Discova Core Products and 3rd Party products across all channels (B2B, E-Commerce, IDE) while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business goals.

To excel in this role, you must be comfortable working with data, have a good commercial acumen, desire for accuracy and high attention to detail and find success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align commercial initiatives with the organization's overarching business objectives.

About you
The Essentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in OTA, revenue management, yield management, or related roles in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Good business acumen and commercial awareness to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue optimization techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address complex customer or market challenges.
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting to measure and optimize commercial performance.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Able to work independently and within a team assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.

• Project coordinator & time management.
