What You’ll Do
As Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind your store’s success. You’ll:
  • Inspire your team with a clear vision and goals.
  • Coach and develop Travel Experts to reach their full potential.
  • Lead by example in performance, attitude, and behaviours.
  • Celebrate wins and create a culture of recognition.
  • Communicate with clarity and manage change with confidence.
  • Plan ahead and make smart business decisions.
  • Own the numbers—from sales targets to customer experience metrics.
 
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a natural leader with a passion for travel and sales. You’ve got:
  • Proven experience in travel retail, tourism sales, or brokering.
  • A track record of coaching and motivating teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a love for hitting targets.
  • A resilient, fun-loving attitude and a customer-first mindset.
