Your Job at FCM Travel:

  • Your expertise makes a difference: As a trusted contact for business travel, you support our corporate clients via phone and email.
  • Consultation and travel booking: You manage the entire process of booking business trips using the Amadeus GDS system.
  • Building lasting customer relationships: With your helpful advice and expert knowledge, you ensure our clients feel well-supported, recommend our services, and return to us for future travel needs.

What sets you apart:

  • Experience counts: While not a requirement, a commercial background (e.g., as a travel agent, tourism professional, or experience in hospitality or gastronomy) is helpful.
  • Relevant experience: Ideally, you have several years of experience working in a travel agency.
  • Language skills: You are proficient in Dutch and English to support our clients both verbally and in writing.
  • Tech-savvy: You have experience working with the Amadeus booking system.
  • Communication enthusiast: You enjoy working with booking tools, interacting with clients, and are open to learning new things in a dynamic industry where excellent service is key.
