About The Opportunity
To oversee the Envoyage Product Marketplace, ensuring alignment with the needs of Independent Agents, with a focus on The Americas while maintaining a global perspective.
The Global Procurement Specialist will lead initiatives within the Americas Supply business to obtain optimal products and secure favourable commercial agreements through the Supply Procurement teams. The role will support current agreements beneficial to the broader FCTG group, ensuring the Marketplace is backed by effective platforms and distribution strategies to cater to Envoyage’s diverse membership.
This position requires a deep understanding of regional supply markets, customer and competitor landscapes. Collaboration with the Global Product Leader-Envoyage, regional teams, Global Supply Partnerships, and other key stakeholders is essential to identify and manage local market customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Envoyage Leadership team and members to prioritise procurement needs while working with the Global Supply Team to address product gaps and competitive contract challenges.
- Negotiate profitable commercial agreements aligned with the Global Product strategy for Envoyage, in conjunction with Supply Procurement teams.
- Ensure existing contracts are commercially and operationally viable for Envoyage, driving revenue and delivering on agreed outcomes.
- Partner with regional teams and data analysts to identify trends, product gaps, competitive landscapes and market opportunities.
- Communicate contracting strategy and key milestones to Supply Procurement and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure contracts are commercially and operationally viable for Envoyage.
- Deliver improved efficiencies to drive increased sales and sustainable contracting
- Optimise tier-tipping outcomes with supplier partners and Envoyage teams and members.
- Ensure timely and consistent supplier reporting for Envoyage, both internally and externally.
- Grow revenue and increase share of wallet with Suppliers.
- Ensure soft dollar funds are allocated, utilised effectively and reported on, in conjunction with Supply Procurement.
- Align Supply Procurement teams – global and local, with the key drivers and goals of Envoyage.
- Work with the Global Head of Product- Independents to develop and support the global product strategy.
- Provide relevant and timely communication to internal stakeholders on procurement strategies and milestones.\
- Ensure ongoing business engagement for buy-in from members.
- Assess distribution platforms, in conjunction with Supply Technology product managers, across the group and potentially external sources for product enablement within the Envoyage Product Marketplace.
- Develop a comprehensive distribution plan for air, land and cruise products, working with relevant product managers, procurement, commercial considerations and operational implementations.
- Evaluate potential risks, barriers, and success factors for implementation.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $100,000 - $110,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
