Key Responsibilities:

➢ Functional Support:

▪ Act as the first point of contact for users reporting functional issues in modules like Finance modules, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Warehouse Management.

▪ Assist users with data entry issues, transaction errors, workflow problems, and system navigation. ▪ Guide users on standard business processes and best practices in D365-FO.

▪ Work with L2/L3 teams to escalate and resolve configuration-related or process specific issues.

➢ Technical Support:

▪ Troubleshoot technical issues such as data inconsistencies, integration errors, batch job failures, and performance concerns.

▪ Provide basic SQL queries for data verification and issue analysis.

▪ Support user access management, security role assignments, and permissions in D365-FO.

▪ Assist in system updates, patch testing, and deployments in coordination with the IT team.

▪ Work on reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS as required.

➢ General Responsibilities:

▪ Log and track support requests in the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.

▪ Document issue resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and FAQs for knowledge-sharing.

▪ Conduct basic user training sessions on D365-FO features and processes.

▪ Monitor system performance and report potential risks or inefficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

▪ Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365-FO).

▪ Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or warehouse management workflows is a plus.

▪ Familiarity with SQL queries, data validation, and system integrations.

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support end users effectively.

▪ Ability to manage multiple support requests and work collaboratively with teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in ERP support (technical or functional), even internships or projects.

• Basic understanding of X++ (for technical troubleshooting) and D365 reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, or related technologies is plus
