In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects, from the initial ideation through to completion. Your role will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to the objectives of our Envoyage business.
Please note this role will be for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Your Day to Day:
- Providing leadership within the project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets
- Managing all aspects of project execution, conflicts and interdependencies in alignment with the approved project management plan
- Providing timely and accurate project reporting and presentations to senior and executive management
- Performing risk management to minimise project risks
- Contributing to the ongoing refinement and development of project management frameworks
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management
- Experience using project scheduling/planning tools
- Relevant industry experience is desirable
- Experience with D365 or Business Central
- Background in finance
- Implementation experience (Finance Implementation preferred)
