Job Summary: The Senior Test Analyst will be pivotal in supporting the analysis, preparation, and execution of testing for Salesforce projects and releases. This role is essential in ensuring that system and application changes meet quality standards and are fit for purpose, with a strong focus on test automation to enhance software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in test planning for upcoming releases.
- Conduct thorough requirement analysis to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Design and execute test cases using the Zephyr Scale tool.
- Identify, raise, and manage defects in collaboration with development and business analysts.
- Communicate blockers and challenges to delivery leads promptly.
- Automate regression scenarios using appropriate tools.
- Report on test execution status and overall progress.
- Attend and contribute to stand-ups, board reviews, workshops, and triage meetings.

Job Requirements:
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in functional and integration testing.
- Strong skills in SIT, UAT, and regression testing, particularly with upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, etc.).
- Experience in API automation testing (e.g., ReadyAPI, RestAssured) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead test design activities and develop functional/integration test scenarios.
- Familiarity with testing in Agile environments using a risk-based quality approach.
- Experience with test and defect management tools such as Zephyr or JIRA.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with key project stakeholders.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
Desired Technical Experience:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in API testing.
- Experience with GDS systems like Sabre or Amadeus and ticketing systems.
- Expertise in automating business scenarios for improved test coverage.
- Proficiency in Selenium Cucumber with Rest Assured for automation.
- Solid experience in scripting, running, and debugging automated tests.
- Familiarity with JavaScript is beneficial.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
