At Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) our purpose is to 'open up the world for those who want to see'. Every day, we give people all around the world the opportunity to experience something really amazing – travel! 

 

This role is to cover our AU travel partners, meaning the working hours will be aligned with Brisbane. The shifts throughout the year will be Monday to Friday either: 10.30am - 7.30pm or 11.30am - 8.30pm. There will also be some Saturdays on a roster 9am - 5.30pm (usually around 1 per month, swapped out with one weekday)

 

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

• Consulting & selling amazing travel experiences to our customers

• Service phone, email & chat enquiry within minimum standards
• Attend regular training sessions for all aspects of the role – systems, air, land including updates from supplier
• Work within a team to achieve sales targets and incentives 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and APM's 

About you. mo koe

• You will have a background in Wholesale or Retail Travel Booking or another department within Flight Centre 
• You will have a demonstrated ability to hit targets 
• Ability to build and maintain relationships 
• Exceptional customer service
