Our Leisure Product Management & Engineering team is looking for a driven Mid Full Stack Engineer to join them.  

Reporting to the Product Owner, the Software Engineer is expected to contribute to the overall design, development, maintenance and evolution of the Omnis Finance platform for the Flight Centre Leisure businesses. 

Using extensive software development skills and experience, this role will work on technical and business problems of the highest scope, complexity, and ambiguity. 

Day to day:  

  • Design and develop custom solutions within the Omnis Studio 11 platform 

  • Create resilient and fault-tolerant systems 

  • Take technical responsibility for their part in all stages and/or iterations in a software development project 

  • Stay current with the latest system features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvements to the platform 

  • Have technical expertise, with experience working on a wide range of projects 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions 

  • Participate and contribute to complex systems analysis, design and development programs
