About The Opportunity

Are you an experienced UX/UI Design Specialist looking to make a global impact? Join Flight Centre Travel Group's dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our corporate brands, including FCM, Corporate Traveller, Stage & Screen, and more. In this permanent full-time role based in CAN, you'll report to the Head of Web Development and lead the design and functionality of our digital platforms to ensure they are user-friendly, visually stunning, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will enhance user experiences, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to our business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and craft intuitive, engaging user experiences for websites and other digital platforms. 
  • Ensure designs are optimized for usability, speed, and aesthetics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX reviews to gather insights and continually improve the user experience.
  • Develop and refine user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.
  • Integrate feedback from user research, A/B testing, and usability studies into final UX/UI designs.
  • Create and maintain style guides, design patterns, and user flows for consistent, intuitive experiences.
  • Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.0 AA compliance where possible.
  • Uphold brand integrity and ensure digital products align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate brand strategy into compelling visual designs.
  • Systematically evaluate UI/UX effectiveness through key performance indicators.
  • Prioritize accessibility and inclusivity in all design work.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant UX/UI certifications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics or other reporting tools.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CRO/UX platforms like HotJar and VWO, and analytics platforms such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of web CMS systems and B2B digital marketing principles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to link digital platforms to overall revenue impact.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to foster open cross-functional dialogue.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills.

This role can be performed onsite or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $90,000 - $95,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
