About The Opportunity

Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to make an impact? We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Flight Centre Travel Group. Based in Toronto, you will support the digital strategy and implementation for our corporate brands across the USA and Canada. This role will have you working within a global marketing framework to execute a wide range of digital marketing activities, including paid media, SEO, website content, email marketing, and analytics reporting. You'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to brand growth and customer acquisition with a keen eye on ROI-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the brand marketing plan to drive acquisition, retention, and growth. 
  • Execute omnichannel digital marketing activities across email, social media, websites, and paid media within agreed timelines.
  • Assist with the execution of SEO and CRO programs.
  • Work within the CMS to produce and publish content, campaigns, and website updates.
  • Utilize the automation platform to build prospect and customer email marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance the functionality, usability, and design of corporate brand websites.
  • Collaborate with regional Digital Marketing Managers to compile monthly reports and insights.
  • Ensure accurate data reporting using various analytics tools.
  • Support data cleanup and Salesforce CRM.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Understanding of the B2B environment & the principles of B2B marketing to drive brand impact and sales. 
  • Foundational digital marketing knowledge and skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing mediums and integrated marketing strategies for the B2B segment.
  • Strong skills in analytics and reporting, with a good understanding of tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Relevant graduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

This role can be performed onsite or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $75,000 - $80,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
