Based in India, this role will work closely with Product, Brand Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and external technology partners to define product positioning, drive go-to-market (GTM) launches, and enable internal teams with strong product messaging and insights. This is a global-facing role with high visibility and cross-functional collaboration. This role manages the process of bringing new features and product(s) to market, which includes contributing to the product’s positioning and messaging, GTM planning and associated activities, and ensuring all relevant Flight Centre Travel Group channels and customers fully understand our offerings. This role also aims to drive the demand and usage of our solutions, and to ensure that the Voice of the Customer is being utilised within the full product lifecycle. By creating & leveraging market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement, this role will be the expert in the client personas, in how they buy and their buying criteria (helping to provide insights to guide the product roadmap). Crucial to the success of the role will be how effective the hired candidate will be in transferring knowledge to, and effortlessly collaborating with, teams around the business including; Brand Marketing & PR/Communications, Sales Teams, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Implementation & Operations, along with External Partners & Customers.
