The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Email & CRM Executive to create and deploy email campaigns globally across our three core markets (UK, US, and Singapore). This will require working working closely with the Email & CRM manager and global content team to plan and execute email campaigns for Scott Dunn to drive optimal results.

This role would suit a conscientious self-starter, who is both driven to learn and has initiative and enthusiasm. In return, you will have the opportunity to use both your analytical and creative skills to deploy global campaigns from the outset for a leading luxury tour operator.

The responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Build all email campaigns to send to specific segments for the UK, US and SG markets, including Scott Dunn Private.
  • Work closely with the Email & CRM Manager and global content team to plan and execute email campaigns.
  • Utilise all available blocks in the template, suggesting new ways to mix and match the available options to generate creative campaigns.
  • Execute a test and learn approach to email content and delivery. Testing send times (time of day, day of week) and content (subject lines, blocks) for optimal results.
  • Utilising the ESP’s personalisation capabilities, experiment with personalising blocks within an email campaign based on subscriber preferences, browsing, enquiry and purchase history.
  • Help with the weekly and monthly reporting using stats from GA4.

About You
You will be a motivated and driven individual looking to develop or build upon your email campaign knowledge. With enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn, you will be happy working cross-functionally, and collaboratively in order to build bridges across departments and to ensure optimal return on campaigns. Equally, you will have a balance of both analytical and creative skills as you build out email campaigns designed for specific segments of our market. Other requirements for this role include:

  • Strong eye for detail and appreciation for accuracy
  • Highly organised with an ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable analysing data and reporting on opens/clicks
  • Proven experience working independently
  • Previous experience creating email campaigns advantageous
  • Previous experience working with an ESP such as Dotdigital also advantageous
