The Finance Business Partner will function as the key finance representative at both a strategic and operational level to ensure that
business strategies are delivered and deployed.

This includes a focus in business improvement and assisting the business to achieve long term sustainable growth through working on key projects & initiatives along with general responsibility for the financial health, wellbeing, management, reporting and compliance of the business.

The Finance Business Partner will be given significant autonomy and needs to have sound technical, commercial and interpersonal skills along with a high level of curiosity and passion.

 

 

Day to day you’ll be… 

• Business improvement and growth
• Project and initiative collaboration
• Reporting and compliance
• Preparation and presentation of month-end and annual results
• Preparation of budget and forecast
• Analysis and presentation of key performance metrics and drivers

 

 

We’d love to hear from you if you have… 

• Minimum 5 years' experience in finance or similar roles 
• Degree in relevant area, Finance, Commerce, Accounting etc.
• experience in consulting firms, other corporates and/or relevant internal teams 
• CA/CPA Desirable 
• You are a self-motivated and driven individual who is confident communicating with different stakeholders and teams within the business 
• Perform effectively under pressure
• Strong change management skills
• Exceptional time management abilities
