We are expanding our Corporate team and we think you should know all about it!  

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Product and Supply owner.  This industry is always changing, every day a new rule, a new crisis, new hotels, or new destinations. It’s challenging and high-pressure, but completely rewarding —and we wouldn't change a thing!   

This role will work with external suppliers in the New Zealand market alongside our internal product and supply teams in ANZ to determine, drive and execute the local, ANZ and global supply strategy for Corporate New Zealand delivering revenue and profit growth for both Corporate Traveller and FCM

About the role  

  • Work with the FCM and CT brand SWOT teams to decide on strategies and outcomes to be driven to return maximised revenue and profit results
  • Engage and meet with key stakeholders on regular basis to understand brand objectives and align product strategies
  • Create incentive and events plan to ensure delivery of contract targets and SLA
  • Work with suppliers to ensure they add value through waivers and favours, margin, Co-op and training opportunities
  • Set brand product strategy/plan in conjunction with management teams and corporate supply division

 

Skills and Experience (what makes a great Flightie!) 

  • Travel industry and Leadership experience is essential for this position 
  • Extensive product knowledge - Land, Air and Car 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, utilising a wide range of channels
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel
