On the back of a successful customer winning period and the need to provide a flexible and complex servicing model to these customers, there is an exciting requirement to invest in our EU Finance Team to support this model.

This role will be a dedicated resource to the FCM European business, and its purpose is to help drive the financial control, results accuracy, finance support and reporting of this area.The core responsibilities for the Management Account are Trial Balance Production, providing support to the various businesses across Europe and protecting the business through strong Financial Controls.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a solid understanding of accounting principles. The primary foci are month end close (including posting journals), reporting, financial controls, and forecasting. Outside of month end, you will provide support to the FCM EU Finance Team and the various European countries as required. The role is an incredibly varied role and is a good opportunity to develop an understanding of the commercial model of an ever increasingly complex brand. By extension, this also provides a suitable steppingstone for progression.


  • Relevant degree, and partial completion of relevant accounting body (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent); those with extensive relevant experience will also be considered
  • Minimum of one years Management Accounting experience
  • Strong Excel, good awareness of BI / data
  • Demonstrable experience in process improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
