The role of the Finance Officer will have a focus on supporting our new Cruise HQ Business in financial, administrative, and clerical areas.
The role is to ensure timely and accurate payment to our suppliers and extends to process of verifying and reconcile accounts payables and accounts receivable in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

 

 

Day to day you’ll be… 

- Perform, review and manage the entire accounts payable process
- Perform, review and manage the entire accounts receivable process
- Work cohesively with the wider finance team to make sure accounts
payable processes are followed accurately
- Interact across divisions, with upper level management & with vendors
- Code, enter and match purchase ledger invoices to purchase orders
- Investigate and solve discrepancies
- Troubleshoot and resolve finance queries from all levels of internal
stakeholders
- Help operational staff and suppliers with queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards
- Other ad-hoc duties

 

 

We’d love to hear from you if you have… 

• A finance qualification 
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar.
• Experience in the industry or the Flight Centre Travel Group business will be favourable
• Experience in Accounting system: MS D365 & Relevant Booking Systems
