We are seeking experienced consultants with a passion for selling cruises and deep expertise in the cruise industry. If you love cruising, enjoy exploring the world by sea, and have the skills to match customers with the ideal itinerary, ship, and destination, you would be an excellent fit for our CruiseAbout team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

 

 

Who are you?

  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • GDS experience
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
