The Role

You will be looking after clients between 5am to 9am 4 days in the week and 0700-1900 at the weekend. We are here to look after enquiries that are within 48-hours for immediate or very short term notice travel. A lot of the work is changes and assistance for customers at hotel/airport/car hire desks.

This part time role is a 27-hour week made up of. We also cover all Bank Holidays when we work 0700-1900 (lower hours for Christmas & New Year). The  holiday allowance is 30 days, which is made up of 6x weekends and 24x weekdays. We publish our rota for the entire year in advance.


  • Amadeus experience - Essential
  • Fare Knowledge and experience with complex travel changes - Essential
  • Customer service on phones/email experience - Essential
  • 2 Years Travel consultant experience - Essential
