Experienced Travel Consultant - With a passion for air - Work from home/Hybrid OTE $85k+
We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants who has a passion for air. This role is ideal for a Retail or Corporate consultant looking for a change and opportunity to work with Australia's leading Cruise package specialist - MyCruises.
Our air consultants manages the air elements of our bookings bookings after the initial sale. You will be expected to coordinate airfares for pre-packaged bookings and using your air fare knowledge present the best options for our customers using some of the worlds well known airlines.
Specific Duties:
· Coordinating airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings
· Managing customers flight deviation requests
· Upsell cabins where required to premium economy, Business and First.
· Ensuring frequent flyer details/ baggage/meals and seating allocation requests are in place at the time of booking
· Ability to search and book complex itineraries(stopovers/surface sectors etc )
· Understanding clients’ needs and requirements and offering the best itinerary within budget requirements
· Sound travel industry product and cruise destination knowledge (advantage)
· Deliver timely and accurate details to ensure a smooth after booking journey
· Completing administrative functions associated with the position in an accurate and timely manner
· Ensuring Company policy and procedure is followed

System requirement (mandatory):
· GDS Amadeus (preferred) or Sabre/Galileo
