Flight Centre Travel Group is an industry leading Travel company and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, development, maintenance, user support and administration of the Antares mid-office and Axapta back-office systems. This exciting role will also require the individual to build strong working relationships across various departments and with external third-party providers.

Responsibilities:

• Product ownership for Antares and Axapta
• Work with various departments to ensure system efficiencies maximised
• Improvement of business process and management of system upgrades
• Business and system process documentation
• User Training
• System Support
• Maintain system supplier relationship
• Credit card handoffs

Skills:

• Understanding of travel & finance systems
• Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Change Implementation and Management

Qualifications:

• Mid/back office systems experience
• Travel Industry experience
• GDS experience
