We are on the hunt for a Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced and successful procurement team. In this role, you will report to the Procurement Team Leader and work collaboratively with our Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) teams.
In this role you will be to actively supporting and actioning Procurement initiatives and to report on supplier spend to identify opportunities across all categories of spend, with a key focus on IT / Technology. Experience in end-to-end contract management, stakeholder engagement and management, and managing procurement processes for certain categories that affect the support businesses within FGTG.
A key emphasis and priority is to deliver cost savings back to the business through improved pricing and services and or reduce risk exposure within that area.
Key responsibilities will be monthly Supplier Spend Analysis, Procurement Reporting on contracts and status, identification of cost reduction and savings opportunities. Key categories of focus will include, but are not limited to Technology (IT), Marketing, MarTech, and People and Culture (HR).
