Global Procurement Network (GPN) is Flight Centre Travel Group’s global in-house product procurement and consolidation business, servicing a number of Flight Centre’s worldwide selling businesses. The HELiO support teams provide an effective helpdesk by supporting our selling partners, suppliers, and GLS internal businesses. 

The Role:

We are currently seeking both a full time and maternity cover support coordinator to join our expanding team. The successful candidates will be supporting those by phone, email, queue, and live chat

Experience:

 Relevant system knowledge
 Travel industry knowledge
 Experience with email and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
 Retail or Wholesale travel experience or alternatively customer service based experience in another industry
 Understanding of FCTG business
 Knowledge of GPN processes
