FCTG’s Corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is responsible for delivering technology solutions that create efficiency and enhanced effectiveness for both our people and our corporate customers.  With (SFDC) at the heart of these solutions, our SFDC team play a key role in managing and evolving our world class CRM technology platform.

The Role:

The Product Administrator will be responsible for the support of our corporate Email SLA solution built on the Salesforce platform. Email SLA is a product that tracks the email response time for FCM customer emails using artificial intelligence to analyse emails automatically. They will be supporting the email checking, rollout and deploy of the Email SLA product built on the Salesforce platform. Also responsible for various configuration, reporting and analysis functions such as creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform email case checking duties on the Salesforce platform
  • Provide user support to users of the salesforce platform
  • Deploy new corporate customers onto the Email SLA solution across the entire FCM network of over 90 countries and providing reporting and analytics to internal teams
  • Work closely with the Email SLA product owner, which may involve some after hours calls
  • Perform mass data imports/updates while maintaining data integrity

The role may also develop to include further configuration on the Salesforce platform and integrated products

What you will need:

  • 1-2  years hands on experience with Salesforce, ideally within an administration/power user role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritise effectively and escalate issues as required
  • A Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience working within a project team to deliver project effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An eye for detail to help perform Data manipulation and/or analysis of data.
  • Preferably have experience in Corporate Travel Industry
  • Experience using reporting and analysis tools
