Job Purpose:

As the Salesforce Administrator/Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to build and support world-class applications to automate and improve productivity of the business processes across all APAC departments. This role will contribute to the global governance discipline to ensure the salesforce platform has a consistent implementation globally and you will also handle and support team members across all level support cases.

This role is ideal for a Salesforce Super Administrator, looking to expand their skill-set. If you are an energetic team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to readily adapt to change and you get joy from working within a rapidly changing environment, then this may be the role for you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support at all levels -  action & resolve cases, ensure case communication is upheld  and 100% within timeframes globally.
  • Configure objects, fields, layouts, etc in, ensuring alignment with requirements and existing security and structure
  • Liaise with business analysts, development team, architect and members of the global Lighthouse team to establish best solution for new work
  • Support administrators and training personnel located within deployed countries via case management and knowledge of the system
  • Create dashboards, reports and world flows within Salesforce
  • Ensure the customised instance has good quality training, user support and release documentation
  • Marketing integration, process automation & management
  • Communicating & working with the APAC team to ensure the success of projects originating from country or global
  • Work with the Salesforce Development Squad, to communicate, verify, test, and deploy the desired functionality changes
  • Configure and test in test environments
  • Cleansing data, handling exceptions and identifying data gaps and issues

Key Skills Required:

  • Salesforce certifications are a MUST
  • 5+ years’ of relevant work experience 
  • 2+ years’ of  experience in administration
  • Project/software development lifecycle experience
  • Experience with the Salesforce CRM system – work flows, processes, profiles and permissions
  • Experience with requirements gathering
  • Experience with integrations and cloud-based business applications
  • Knowledge of software development languages such as Salesforce Apex, Java, JavaScript, etc.
  • Ability to configure and test
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into meaningful management reporting 
  • Strong verbal & written communication, collaboration and influence skills 
  • Ability to manage and engage with key stakeholders to  build strong relationships
  • Ability to analyze data to find insights, think through problems & recommend solutions
