A particularly exciting role has arisen for a B2B Digital Content Specialist in our head office in New Malden (zone 4). Working on our corporate brands (Corporate Traveller, FCM Travel Solutions and Flight Centre Business Travel), you will take ownership of annual content planning and delivery, including white papers, case studies, e-books, newsletters, web content, social media posts and brochure copy. You will work with the broader marketing team to identify key industry topics and define associated marketing material for different points in the customer journey, adapting that content for different personas as required. Relevant, high-quality content is a key component of all our marketing activities, both inbound and outbound, so you’ll have a strong influence on overall campaign planning.

Responsibilities and Tasks 

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of hot topics and key client concerns relating to enterprise applications and the current industry environment
  • Enable new customer acquisition campaigns through planning and delivery of a range of high quality content, e.g. thought leadership white papers
  • Develop and deliver content to accelerate prospect engagement and conversion, e.g. regular lead generation landing pages, webinars and sales enablement material
  • Contribute to management of company websites, including ownership of core service landing pages and resource centre content
  • Develop and execute an SEO plan for all corporate websites utilising keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity analysis
  • Support specific lead generation projects, such as account-based campaigns, through provision of necessary content
  • Actively contribute to the development of our broader marketing strategy including contribution to social media campaigns across a variety of platforms
  • Drive and manage social media content for all corporate brands across a variety of channels
  • Migrate, maintain and create content for company websites and brochure materials
  • Write storyboards, interview stakeholders and proof content for video production
  • Brief and oversee the work of external agencies and freelancers, such as designers

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience developing content for a B2B organisation
  • A degree-level education in a relevant discipline
  • Superb communication skills, including the ability to write compelling, error-free copy
  • An interest and understanding of business travel and technology
  • Strong customer focus, with an understanding of what makes a good story
  • Experience in managing social media posts
  • Self-starter, with a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of projects
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Experience managing content on a leading CMS such as Drupal or WordPress
  • Web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, SEOMoz and/or Screaming Frog
  • Working knowledge of SEO is desirable
  • Experience with web analytics is desirable
