We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and execution of our PPC acquisition strategy and will play a key role in helping the business achieve its exciting growth targets for the coming years.
The successful candidate will own the PPC strategy across our retail brands, including Flight Centre, which is currently undergoing huge brand investment. Daily tasks include implementing and managing PPC campaigns, ad copy creation and testing, bid optimisations, landing page testing, budget management and reporting back to the wider business on the profitability of our PPC activity.
The successful individual will ideally have between 1-3 years of relevant PPC experience, be Google Ads (essential) and Bing Ads (desirable) qualified and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Operating within the Performance Marketing team and reporting into the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, the individual will play a key role in driving retention, lead generation and conversion for Flight Centre UK.
As part of this role will also focus on assisting our Performance Marketing Manager with executing our SEO strategy, this would suit someone looking to gain broader experience across performance marketing channels.
