About the Opportunity
We are looking for a meticulous, highly-organised and friendly individual to join our global, diverse team. Join us as our Product Design Executive in Luang Prabang, Laos!
The product executive designs inspiring itineraries for current and prospective clients. They will also support the product designer in developing innovative travel products. Strong commercial acumen as well as an eye for creativity is required to ensure itineraries designed are competitively priced, profitable and exceed customer expectations.
A good understanding of Discova’s agents needs is required to ensure suitable products are continually proposed. They should know the core Discova product range inside out have a strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage incoming workflow and ensure agent proposals are delivered to deadline.
About you
The Essentials:
- A Bachelor degree or previous experience in product development
- Travel industry and Discova destination knowledge
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Travel to or in our destinations or prior experience living in them is a plus
The Attributes:
- Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong commercial acumen and analytics
- High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across culture
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
