🚀 What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Adventure):
- Provide support to the Product Manager
- Assist with the set-up, maintenance and management of all rates and products
- Work closely with Sales team to deliver key product information to consultants, along with handling troubleshoots
- Work closely with external partners including but not limited to hotel suppliers, channel managers, tour operators
- Ensuring that all packages are correct and current on all applicable websites
- Rates analysis on a frequent basis
- Assist with researching products and other tours and attractions to have included or as upsells
- Weekly checks of rates and inventory on product advertised in market
👀 Who You Are (if this sounds like you, we want you yesterday!):
- You’ve got at least 12 months’ experience in retail or wholesale travel
- Cruise? You know it, love it, and can talk about it in your sleep
- You have eagle-eye attention to detail and sharp written communication skills
