
Head of Design - 12 Month Maternity contract
Are you ready to lead and inspire the creative vision behind a Luxury travel brand? As Head of Design at Travel Associates, you will be the guardian and champion of our brand’s luxury aesthetic, driving the design strategy and making sure every visual element reflects the highest standards.
You will lead a talented creative team of two direct reports, working closely with the Head of Marketing and other teams to deliver stunning visual solutions across print, digital, social media, and video. Your creative direction will be at the heart of how we communicate and elevate the Travel Associates brand everywhere.
Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:
Brand & Creative Leadership

Take charge of maintaining and evolving the Travel Associates brand identity across multiple channels — from email campaigns and websites to storefronts and marketing collateral.

Act as the Brand Guardian, ensuring our design guidelines and luxury corporate identity are always upheld.

Shape creative approaches and confidently present your design concepts to stakeholders for approval.

Manage the creative workflow, prioritise projects, and support your team to deliver their best work.
Digital & Online Presence

Lead the development of online advertising creatives, both static and animated, that captivate and engage audiences.

Oversee responsive web assets, landing pages, and social media visuals that keep our brand fresh and consistent.

Drive the creation of email and social campaigns with eye-catching, on-brand designs.
Offline & Print Excellence

Design and refine marketing collateral templates using InDesign and Adobe Express.

Oversee print and publication design, managing layouts, typesetting, and prepress workflows to deliver flawless results.

Coordinate creative executions like flyers, signage, large-format prints, and press ads — ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Support your team with image sourcing, editing, and asset adjustments to keep campaigns sharp and effective.
Who you are:

You bring 10+ years of senior design experience, ideally from a creative agency or luxury brand environment.

You’re highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Express, with a keen eye for publication and layout design.

You understand digital design platforms and marketing principles, preferably within travel or retail industries.

You thrive managing fast-paced workflows with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Bonus points if you have experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and prepress processes.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
