You’ll guide development teams, champion best practices, and lead high-impact projects—while mentoring others and driving technical excellence across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Day to day:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
  • Architect secure, high-performing systems integrated with enterprise applications
  • Manage deployment cycles, version control, and environment governance
  • Oversee data migrations, integrations, and automation strategies
  • Conduct code reviews, document solution design, and mentor developers
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and stakeholders globally
  • Drive technical decision-making, define standards, and ensure best practices
  • Support automated testing, release readiness, and post-deployment activities
  • Continuously improve platform quality, performance, and developer efficiency

 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong leadership in technical delivery and team mentorship
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Admin, App Builder, etc).
  • Expertise in Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools
  • Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Copado, and environment branching strategies
  • Experience in Technical Solution Design Documentation 
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and integration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
  • A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a global, fast-paced setting
