About the Opportunity
As the Communications Coordinator you will play a vital role within the Supply Operations division, tasked with delivering product information and providing crisis support.
Your role is pivotal in facilitating key messages from the ProHub and HELiO Consultant Support teams to consultants and advisors across all FCTG brands, as well as Independent agencies.
You will ensure the smooth and effective communication, support, and integration between Supply Operations and FCTG stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Information Delivery: Ensure seamless distribution of Supply's product information and brand initiatives to relevant stakeholders, maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Content Creation: Management and delivery across various platforms including Hubspot, Workplace/Workvivo, Microsoft Suite, PowerBI, Salesforce
- Crisis Management and Support: Provide immediate and effective communication during times of crisis, ensuring stakeholders are informed and supported, lead working groups and urgent communication
- Message Facilitation: Coordinate and disseminate key messages from ProHub and Helio Consultant Support teams to consultants and advisors, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Process Streamlining and Improvements: Assist in optimising processes between the two Supply Ops consultant support entities to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Identifying and actioning opportunities to improve the quality, process and uptake of Consultant Support communication (both BAU and urgent)
- Collaboration: Work closely with external suppliers and regular stakeholder engagement with key internal FCTG businesses to boost consultant productivity and support Supply's product strategy (both BAU and urgent). Represent ProHub in various working groups and cascade relevant information back through to relevant teams
Hours: Standard office hours - some out of hours work may be required to deliver communications for crisis / system outages.
What you will need:
- Minimum 3 years travel industry experience
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Leisure and Corporate travel
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Tertiary level qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related degree/qualification
