About The Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to lead the Corporate Traveler (CT) technology strategy, solution design and roadmap execution for the Americas. The leader will partner closely with CT leadership to agree on priorities and investment, build the vision and deliver the technology solutions that will enable CT strategies in an agile and cost-effective way.
The role will focus on enabling our business to maximize growth in total transaction value (TTV) and profitability by supporting new operating models powered by modern technology platforms.

- Collaborate with CT leadership to capture and understand business strategies and initiatives and agree on priorities and investments to support of these initiatives. Establish a framework of transparency and accountability across business and technology leaders.
- Empower business stakeholders to take relevant prioritization decisions by providing visibility about options, investment/cost, risk etc.
- Manage the delivery roadmaps with milestones and target dates across all relevant components and in coordination with all supporting teams.
- For the region’s top technology initiatives, be a one-stop-shop to the business stakeholders and leadership, being able to provide status and insight and
- Identify opportunities for innovation, new products and enhancements that give CT a competitive advantage.
- Take a lead in building the global and regional structures that embrace an operating model with global pillars and integrated cross-regional teams to improve our services and reduce the operating cost.
- Own the products sets that we use internally and offer to our customers, directing the resources that specify, build, maintain, and support these products.
- Oversee a portfolio of complex software development, implementation, change, and adoption projects. Run activities with an end-to-end perspective across all components whether they are built within the team or are a dependency to / contribution of other teams.
- Run projects and product evolution initiatives in agile, focusing on delivering value early, being reactive to changing business environment and priorities, with no compromise on quality.
- Take responsibility for designing scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions that excite internal users and customers. Engage with global teams to leverage existing/global solutions and/or build solutions that are reusable by other regional and global teams.
- Secure the quality, stability, reliability and maintainability of the end-to-end corporate technology services and products; continuously tracking and improving performance and reliability.
- Communicate our technology story internally and with customers, demonstrating our technology leadership.
- Support pre-sales engagements and customer meetings.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- 10 years of travel technology/TMC experience
- Minimum of 6 years in leadership role
- People management, Coaching, Servant Leadership
- Travel, GDS, TMC ecosystem; relevant travel products and technologies
- Agile Project Management
- Executive presence with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
- The candidate will be required to work out of one of our primary office locations.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $160,000 - $185,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
