Due to our success, we are looking to grow our Property Team, who is in charge of ensuring we have attractive stores with next-generation technology. We have a brilliant entry-level opportunity for a Property Support member within our head office in New Malden (24 minutes from London Waterloo). The successful applicant will work predominantly Monday to Friday assisting the Property Team to deliver a streamlined, cost effective and efficient estates service comprising a variety of activities across reactive, planned, preventative maintenance; fitout and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration, accounting and purchasing support
  • Use a CAFM/service management system for communication and work orders
  • Effective administration of invoices, service sheets and compliance certificates relating to reactive and planned maintenance, H&S and compliance
  • Assist with the procurement, purchasing and orders for Fitout contractors, suppliers and related account management and approving / processing invoices
  • Electronic recording of information and documents in estate records
  • Provide support to the FM team in maintaining supplier valuations and the associated documentation and closing off jobs
  • Ensure latest compliance certificates are received, checked and recorded
  • Attend supplier meetings and produce subsequent actions
  • Order and maintain stock in relation to the Fitout and facilities management service provision
  • Familiarise yourself with the Company’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies and to comply fully at all times with the company’s Health & Safety, welfare, FRA and GRA arrangements, in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
