| This role will lead the team responsible for the management of all once off supplier payments and client refunds required by the front-end businesses, loading and authorizing customer refunds, the related reconciliations and dealing with queries in line with the departments’ policies, processes & controls in an efficient manner that manages the inherent risk.
Frequent review of key controls and processes of the supplier payments and client refunds are key to ensuring that risks are adequately addressed by this function.
Ensure all tickets received on the relevant ticketing system are addressed by the team within the agreed SLA.
